I'm going to guess that the Afuel cars will have a tenth on the best blown car...

Wouldn't surprise me the least to see a mid teen pop up on the board from a fueler... If that is the case, make it .15...

Injected on fuel is nice, but I'd rather be blown on Alcohol...

    DREAMWEAVERFAN:

I'll make a prediction. If the weather cooperates, Manzo or Payne will stick it in the 5.40 zone this weekend. I'd bet $20.00 on it.

Last year Jay ran a great 5.51. However, Bucky had significantly quicker incremental times until a pushrod fell off, so he might do it if he's there. Last year we ran 5.56 a couple times in Joliet and had the tune-up on pooch when we did it (compared to Pomona where we had it on wreck to run slightly quicker). That place is awesome. The big question will be the weather which will produce the power...and who can make it stick.

I think a 5.56 will get you in the middle of the pack at best when the dust settles this weekend. Mid to high 5.50's will be a dime a dozen. If the MCP team is on their game they should run better than a 5.56. Whoever wins will need run quicker than that to do it.

I may end up shelling out $20.00, but I doubt it.

    JMHO...

Too bad. We like racing with Bucky and I had him picked for 5.40's provided the weather is there and the parts stay on the car.

    Torrence/Conway over Reichert

    AFD - 5.143 279.12
    BAD - 5.281 271.19

Wouldn't be nice if one didn't have to separate low ET for BAD and AFD?
