john gates memorial race barona

passing along the first race of the cifca 2009 season will be at barona dragstrip on april 4, and 5. this is the john gates benefit race for those of you that dont know john was a very well respected and hardcore racer that passed away at the dragstrip last year due to a heart attack. his son eric is carrying on what his father would have wanted as well and is racing this year in the 7.20 index cifca racing funny car. we hope for this benefit race to be a success and anybody that would like to contribute anything for the cause would be appreciated. show up to the race, because you know that lawn can wait another week to mow!!!!!!!! racing starts at 4pm and goes late into the night. any information you need you can call me at 8585694904 pacific time or email me at nitrobandit1@yahoo.com thank you once again and a big hello out there to all the drag racing fans that love funny cars like we do!!!!!!!!!

race starts friday

its time to race. qualifying starts on friday.bring the kids, grandma, aunt boo and her dog and lets watch some racing. comon cifca guys, come to the race and start building points!!!!!! there are free seats, free toilets and free air there at the track, so no reason not to go!!!!!!!!! have fun driving to new and unexplored racetrack at barona for the new summer adventure youve always wanted. see you there folks!!!!!!!!
