Jackie Stidhams Time Machine

    The "Last Time around Tour" Is coming to a close in Noble,Oklahoma. I just wanted to mention this a little early because Division 4 and the TA\FC Catagory will be losing a great competitor and icon. They will be missed and remembered as going out at the top of their game.

    Maybe we can talk them into another time around!

    Jackie was one of the first ones I was around when we started a year & half
    ago. What a great guy & team. I for one would like to see him stay around
    for a while.He has made me try harder.

    Very Good Racers With A Long History Of Great Performances. I Don't Know Them Personally But Have Followed The Team For Years. I'm Sure It Is A Tough Decision To Retire, This Is A Hard Habit To Break.

    Jackie Stidham and his boys are great folks, great racers, and real class acts.

    I have had the pleasure of watching Jackie since I was a youngster and racing against him for the past eight years. I still remember getting my ass whipped by Jackie multiple times in the supposed "soft" Division 4 wars two years ago.

    One of the best TAFC drivers ever on a bad track and equally good on a fast track.

    TAFC Hall of Fame...and great guy.

    If in fact the clock strikes midnight and the ball of a TAFC career are in fact over for the Stidham and Wilson gang, the class just wont be the same. A great bunch of guys and an awesome driver in Jackie. As the clock winds down I am glad I will be there in Noble when it does come to a stop, I just hope we arent one of Jackie's last wins :D

    say it aint so

    really hate to see jackie and the team go. has always been one of my heroes growing up in div. 4. it was cool to get to line up with him a couple times this year.

    hopefully jackie and the team can find some funding to get back in the hunt next year.

    Back in 1999 when we were racing at the Noble division event we ran Jackie in the finals. We qualied number one, had low et of every round, but in the final God was with us because we shook and smoked the tires and Jackie won. The reason I say that is, as we hopped in the van to go get Pete Swayne and the TA/FC the crowd in the stands were yelling at us "F@%k you guys!!! Jackie rules!" You guys SUCK!! Get the H#&% outta here you mother F%$&ers!"

    I told the guys it's a good thing we lost because if we'd won that one we'd a gotten our a$$es whipped by the fans in the stands. That day we found out Jackie has a lot of fans in Noble, Oklahoma!

    Sounds like something the Pro's went through back in the 60's-70's! Who says nobody takes Alky racing seriously?:rolleyes:

    It's hard to believe one of the best racers/teams of all time is hanging it up. He is deffinately one of the best drivers around, and that team always is at the top, or near the top of the field. It won't be the same without them!!!!!!!

    Jackie and Ronnie are who we bought our first fc from,thanks for the great car and thanks for showing the big dogs how its done!!!! Matt Moreira.
