The train keeps rockin' as the Lucas Oil Top Alcohol Series heads into Englishtown for the K&N Filters SuperNationals. ITA takes a look at who's hot going into this weekend's race.

    TAD

    1. Randy Meyer - Mid 70's should put the defending event champion back on top.

    2. Ken Perry - Has the 'Big Mo' coming into the event fresh off a win last week in Chicago. Has stepped up big time this year, will give the field all they can handle this weekend.

    3. Art Gallant - Has struggled of late, but look for the former World Champ to bounce back.

    4. Jeff Bohr - Another Div. 3 player that has stepped up big time this year. Should be a late round player.

    5. Guy Kelly - A contender anywhere they go. Should be no different in E-town.

    6. Daniel Mercier - Ran low .30's in Gainesville, if he can repeat, look out.

    7. Robin Samsel - Qualified No. 2 in Chicago, could be dangerous.

    8. Mike Kosky - Crafty vet looked strong in Atlanta, but still needs some consistency. Our TAD 'Dark Horse' pick of the week.

    TAFC

    1. Frank Manzo - Did you really think we were going to put anyone else in the top spot? Had about .05 on the field in Chicago only to lose a motor in round one. Look for him to bounce back with a vengeance at his home track.

    2. Bob Newberry - Has been on a tear in his Valvoline backed Monte Carlo. The most consistent car on the tour will be looking strong for the championship if he can pick up another win here.

    3. Jay Payne - Valvoline Thunderslug team lost on a holeshot to Newberry last week, look for them in the late round again.

    4. Paul Gill - A sentimental favorite after losing his son, Paul Jr., last week. Has the performance to get into the winner's circle.

    5. Dave Ray - Definitely a team that has to be reckoned with. If they can get back to the form that put them in the 5.50's in Gainesville, look out.

    6. Bobby Martin - Will sneak up on you and put you on the trailer in a hurry. Went to the finals here in 2002.

    7. Bruce Mullins - Ran 5.80's with a roots car, only a matter of time before he steps up with screw blower combo.

    8. Billy Gibson - This team has too much talent; will step up soon. Our TAFC 'Dark Horse' pick of the week.

    Performances:
    TAD: 5.31/268
    TAFC: 5.58/260

Bozzelli over Meyer, but if it's cool enough, look out for Mercier
