intake screens

    What are your thoughts on running a gasket with scree in it to keep debris from entering the blower? I ran one on my last blown carb engine.

    there fine on smaller blower the bigger ones run risk of sucking screen in to the rotors

    I've seen too many bolts/washers sucked in and ruin high dollar blowers so we run screens, its saved 2 blowers for us.

    We used to run the GM screens but about 10 years ago I made my own screens which are less restrictive.
