If a oring was to leak on a intake port would that make a lean condition?

Yup. I had that happen on a dyno once. Engine guy burned up my motor by not getting intake on properly squared and it leaked between intake and heads. Went real lean.

Blown injected I would expect to go rich? I would also expect it to start burning oil, especially on that cylinder.

Let me clarify - at idle it should go real lean, as that port will start sucking air and go hot. At 40 psi I doubt there's a difference.
