Intake Adapter for Hemi

I have never heard of this and don’t know if it’s possible, but does anyone make or has anyone use an intake adapter plate on a hemi, similar to ones used on BBC's to adapt standard height intakes to tall deck blocks?

 

We made a set about 10 years ago. Don't quote me on this but I think the reason was the older Veney F/C heads were different from the dragster heads or something like that and we made adapters for the manifold.
