Anyone know of a reputable shop that does repair work on injectors and is located in the Phoenix, Az valley? My Birdcatcher got drop-kicked by UPS and needs work, and, I really DON'T want ot ship it again!

    Don't feel alone.
Gerardot had a box of injectors that UPS destroyed this summer. The package (shipped from California) kept going to a hub in Illinois and then back to California on a contiuous loop for over a month. No one at UPS could stop the shipment. You can imagine what the box looked like after a month of travel from California to Illinois. 2 of these injectors looked just like yours. If you want someone who repairs these all the time send it to Don Gerardot (260)623-3048. Just use Fed Ex or DHL. He is located in Northeast Indiana.
Sorry for the bad luck. Did UPS take care of the damage?

As an FYI, UPS damaged my injector around 6 months ago. I immediately notified them of the damage, to which UPS verified, and since then, UPS has done absolutely nothing! I have been told by other disgruntled customers that UPS will stymie any progress as long as possible, then use their sharp-tongued legal department to do their dirty-work.

I have contacted them numerous times with no results besides rudeness on their part. I will NEVER use UPS again!

bummer...I had a blower sent to littlefields that was sent next day air $$$$$$
and they finally got it 3 months later and it took me over 10 months to get my money back...then also I had a part broke from ups and it was 1 year till they took care of it ...all they do is pass the buck and give you a big line of bull shit and always tell you that it will now be taken care of....WRONG....what I had to do is call them atleast 1 time a day and it usally took around 1 hour on the phone...that sucks but that is what they want, they think you will give up,!!!! NOT ME...do the same good luck..Dave Lowe..p . s. tell them Bob Vandergriff is your brother:D

If you are in a situation where you are shipping to or recieving from a company that is a big UPS customer they are the ones that can get it done.
If they are willing to call their UPS rep (The person who personally visits them sets up the account, works out issues, discounts etc.) and lean on them, the rep can pull the stings and bypass all the stalling and B.S.
I have had bad UPS issues also. The local rep is the one who will get in trouble if a large customer quits shipping UPS. Just my experience.
