initial fire up tune

Hi
We have a 440ci small block ford 12.71 rootes blower, bird hat ,standard methanol barrel valve, 110 pump, 10-1 comp, roller cam 680 lift 288 duration, 308cfm windsor heads, 20 overdrive. We want to initially fire it up check for leaks ect before taking it to a tuner. What main pill, hat jets, idle psi and anything else we should do to get us in the ball park?

get your set up from some one who knows what there doing you will save money in the long run say like gorr, spud ,enderly, fowler you cant guess at it you need to be some what close good luck
