What is it that is reading off. Temp, humidity or barometer. I can tell you this that everyones weather station reads differently. I use a calibrated real aircraft altimeter that is right on and use a certified thermometer and humidistat and I will read different to somebody else and they will swear they are correct. I have taken all my instruments to the local Air Force base weather office in the control tower and have checked them and they are all right on but people will still tell me theirs are correct and mine is off. I have seen people use a store bought barometer that reads corrected pressure vice being changed to raw pressure because they just don't know that you have to change them. The only way you can calibrate yours correctly is to either send it back to the company or go to a airfield weather station that has calibrated equipment and then match yours to theirs. Do not match yours to your buddies that says his is correct.
