Was told by a tuner that to much advance can cause excessive blow by due to causing piston Rock in the bore and ring flutter. I'm not looking to discredit this just looking for other opinions. Any thoughts?

Only if you have too much timing and have detonation

Ok, no real sign of detonation but there is one cylinder that shows significantly more heat both egt and plugs than the rest. Making a intake change to help with distribution. Combination is century block 4.5 bore 4.25 stroke 10.5 static compression .080 gasket. Dart 410 heads. 40 lb boost twin turbo 14.5 gal min. Fuel super mag + from Spud. Timing recommendation please.
