I have being reading several posts that call for the idle valve to be set from 4 lbs up to 9 lbs. they say it is easier to set idle with barrel valve with a higher setting because the fuel flow is more consistent if it is set at a higher pressure what would be a safe psi for sm bl chevy also what would be pressure for pump saver on k -valve.

Try it different ways + see how your set-up likes it. No ones system are the same. If you are looking for free advice, I am sure someone will answer you. My answer is $1200 or so. Then put it on and have fun. There are a few exceptionally good people out there.Depending on where you live. I only use one guy so I will not drop any names. Best of luck. Don
