.....Ashley Force will bring to the TAD class next year. I think it is a great opportunity for the class to capitalize on her racng at probably 20 events at least in 2004. THis is probably the best chance TAD has had for some great promotion

It will interesting to see the location of her pit spot.

    Pro-mods get asphalt.
    Alcohol cars get mud.

    Force is?

I'm as much concerned with how divisional tracks will promote her running at their event. Could be a boon for their attendance.

Ashley Force has it made in the shade! Every car she drives will have the best crew, budget, I wonder how long before she ends up in a FC and wins the Championship????

    Are you serious?
Ashley and Morgan have worked very hard to get where they are today. So has Brandon.

As usual the people that CAN'T do it are jealous of the people who can.

You guys are winning at keyboard racing though. [IMG]

F-O-R, I'd love to be able to race a 250-300 MPH car if I had about $2 Million?

IMO, Ashley Force in the Darrien & Meadows car,is a great oportunity,to bring more exposure to the divisional races that they attend, given proper advertising by the promoter. Not much of the general public knows who she is,but the name "Force" will get alot of attention to the casual NHRA event attendee. And they are the ones that buy the souveniers, hot dogs, beer's,maybe had a realy good time, and will come back next year. And if they ( D.M. )happen to have the most visual pit spot,so be it.I t can only help us all in the long run.

Maybe so. I know of no other NHRA track that does this. Does Joliet have a larger paved pit area than the norm? Do the alky cars have a paved pit area at this track too?

Yes, Joliet has a very large paved area and yes many of the alky racers pit on pavement. Ask Kim, Marty or any of the other that have run there. Not all, though. I saw John Haley and a few other alkys pitted on grass.

At Etown 98% of the cars are pitted on pavement. Before this past year it was 100% but I guess Schmacher (sp) took up too much room this year...
