Not sure about the bruno/lenco but Jason Hamstra has run in the 6.0's on several occasions and won at least 1 IHRA event this year in pro mod with a Lencodrive and a convertor .

I don't believe the Bruno is leagl in Ihra or NHRA ProMod. As far as convertors go... Mick Snyder has gone in the 5.50's in NHRA TAFC with a Lencodrive.

i remember reading somewhere that the reason the bruno is not legal for promod is because it has an external oil line whereas a lencodrive is legal and does not have an external oil line. both are 30.1 sfi certified. i know a titanium can in lieu of either a bruno or lencodrive bellhousing is highly recommended when using a blower in promod, alcohol dragster and alcohol funny car. a bruno's bellhousing only covers the top 1/2 of the converter whereas the lencodrive's bellhousing has 360' converter converage but both need their aftermarket bellhousing replaced with a $3,000.00 can.
