    pulley

Good question, but I think the pump extension and cam location has a lot to do with it . My BAE extension . is smaller in diameter than a Enderly. But then I don't know how much can be machined off of the Enderly. Hope someone can help with this question. Don

If you have a 5" extension or longer you can get a big pulley in there. You should have a +.250 cam and if you have an RCD hub with degree ring you should not have to machine the extension. That is depending on how far your gear drive sets out the extension. I am using a RCD gear drive and it is not as tall as some others and it doesn't place the pump extension out too far. If you can give me the distance of where the extension sits on the gear drive to the front block surface and the diameter of the 90 tooth pulley, I can tell you if it will fit.

I have a 90 tooth 8mm on my Merlin-Lite. Std cam location. RCD fuel pump extension. BUT, I stuck a tube in the ext and machined a flat spot for the pulley.

The New Century is a .250 raised cam.

If you'd like, I can mock up the New Century and try the 90 t on it and take a picture ?
