Hoosier tube info

Needed, Hoosier tube info ?

Aloha, Retiring the old Goodyear PR-16 tubes, to install the dual valve stem setup on 16" x 16" Center-lines. (1) Can I use the Hoosier tubes with the Goodyear liners that I have in the wheels now?? (2) If so what is the Hoosier tube # best suited for the 16" x 16" rims?? (3) Are the secondary valve stems a special deal so there's no obstruction to the bead surface on the rim.
