    Howdy

Looking at some Hoosiers for my race car, I have always run Hoosiers while the car was normally aspirated but not sure which compound to use now going blown. It is a door car estimate will go 2800lbs biggest slick I can fit is 33 x 16 x 15 which come is DO5, DO6 or DO7. BBC 525 ci, 14-71HH starting out @ 11.1 OD we think it will make 20lbs boost, Big Chief solids etc Spud did the fuel system for me.

    Any thoughts recomendations welcome

    Cheers Pete

    He asked about 33 x 16 x 15 which is quite a bit different than the 36.0 X 17.0 X 16.

I know you’re in Oz but give your distributor or Hoosier a call for a recommendation. Give them what you had that worked before for you and your new combination. They should be able to give you a baseline. Good luck.

    hoosier

Be prepared to compromise. I don't think Hoosier has a 33-16 designed for the kind of weight and power you have. They make awesome promod/alcohol tires and there is a 33.5-17-16 Co6 you might consider.
M/T might be an option as they have a lot of stiff sidewall higher HP tires in weird sizes.
