hemi combinations

What are some good combinations of blocks and heads that would make a good quick 8 combination. Looking for 4.0 in the 1/8 with a Mike Janis 14-71 prepped blower. Do you need cast or billet blocks and heads? Need a budget combination.

if you are looking for a budget combo that makes good power, i would go with fuel heads. we use a TFX cast block with fuel heads and have ran 4.0's with ease and never hurt anything in our altered. there are alot of variables to consider on putting together a combination, and many ways to run fast. what kind of car? clutch or automatic? car weight? i would be happy to share our combo with you if you like. give me a call anytime after 4pm est. 937-776-7542
