Help with Dallas trip

Hey Buds.
Larry and myself are going to be in Ennis this Saturday for the NHRDA Diesel World Finals. We don't fly home til later in the day Sunday, and I was wondering what you folks would recommend a couple of old racers to do for a few hours on Sunday in the Dallas/Ennis area.

SpeedZone is Always a great time to go to, it's about 30 miles north of Ennis in Dallas.......

 

Marty, while im not not a DFW resident when I was there in 06 for the national event, we stopped and went through the 6th Floor Museum in downtown Dallas. Was really wild seeing the grassy knoll and the window where Lee Harvey Oswald shot Kennedy. Its a very interesting museum. Just a thought

 

Agree on the 6th floor museum. I'm a history buff and it's great.
