head o-ring wire

Had my heads remachined and need to have new wire for O-rings. Where do you buy the wire.

It depends on the diameter, but we buy safety wire from industrial supply dealers.

 

I think he told me the size was .061 or .062.

 

I buy it from a piano store. They have it in many diameters. Sells by the foot.

 

Thanks for the quick responses! I should have plenty of choices here locally. I thought it might be somethin special.
