Ground clearance for TA/FC

    What sort of ground clearance is suggested for a TA/FC chassis, eg at rear of engine / motor plate.

    Minimum 3" clearance from front of car to 12" behind centerline of front axle. The remainder of the car 2" except oil pan and headers where permitted. I've seen some cars you could'nt hardly get your hand between the ground and bellypan.
