Goodyear Frontrunner tires for a dragster

I notice in the Goodyear Tire guide they list two frontrunner tires for dragsters.
The 22.0 x 2.5 -17, and the 22.0 x 4.0 -17
What is the tire used by most Top Alcohol Teams.

 

Most teams use the 2.5" wide tire. I ran the 4.0" wide tire on our TAD and just switch back to the narrow tire. The wide tire steers awesome and was designed for Top Fuel Cars (we used to rip the centers out of the narrow tires from the from wing angle in a fuel car until they made the wide one and problem solved). The main reason we switched back to the narrow tire is weight and cost. 5.2lbs vs. 4.0lbs. over $50 cheaper per tire.
