    Paul Gill runs 5.509, 260.51 (2.455 330') first round.
    Mickey Ferro runs 5.543, 260.61 (2.472 300') first round.

    Ferro is flyin' with his new stuff, and Gill knocked the cobwebs off his ol' Avenger in a hurry. Congrats to both teams.

    There is one more pair left after a cleanup. Manzo shook hard and still ran 5.513, 263.31. Snyder beat Chesterman (now running Brad motors) on a holeshot by .0016-second.Harker, Billington, and Tasca also move on to second round.

    Paul Gill becomes the fourth TAFC driver to run 5.4 seconds with his 5.498 in the semifinals. What an awesome race.
