A question for the flopper owners. Are you using any type of chassis support in the trailer for transport? Other teams I have been on used the air expansion support under their dragsters, what about funny's? If so, under the engine?

A FC can be difficult to brace usually due to space confinements of the trailer.

I think being braced is better than non braced, but the FC doesn't have the length of a dragster, so it is less prone to flex going down the road.

We have a weight bar under the driver's compartment that we put an air bag under. I shim the air bag up with a 2x4 and inflate w/ back straps moderately tight until the air bag swells a little on each side of the weight bar. I close the valve for the air bag then ratchet the back straps of the car down a few more clicks.

    hope that helps.
