We are changing to a K-style valve, does the hi-speed need to go in the line to the hat nozzles,or the port nozzles? I've seen cars plumbed both ways. Thanks!

It should be in the line to the port nozzles.

    hi speed

I Have Seen It Both Ways As Well And Some Put It Off The Shut Off Valve. I Agree With Mike I Would Put It Off The Port Side Simpiler Plumbing.

I agree with Mike too, Has any one tryed to run the hispeed from the port nozzels back directley into two more nozzels in the hat (now have a total of 10 in the hat)to help cool the charge, there by leaning out the port nozzels , and richening up the hat to keep the blower cool?

It would appear to me that if you ran a leanout circuit into the hat that the actual leanout would be uneven to all the cylinders because of the common blower charge distribution problems.

All it would take to do it ,would be one # 6 line out of the hispeed to a y split fitting and two # 4 lines to the extra nozzels and two more nozzels, same ariea or bigger as the jet in the hispeed, cant hurt anything as the motor will be just as rich as before, just the boost will be cooler.

I agree with Mike and also I would believe that the extra fuel that's going into the hat would displace some of the air and boost would drop off.
