Where would you mount a fuel flow sensor when using the k-style barrel valve as there is two ports for fuel lines. If mounted before barrel valve it would not show the difference in flow as the idle valve and pump saver valve would reduce flow to motor at different rates while operating. also for fuel pressure what location would you use for a data recorder to insure you make proper jetting.

You block off the bottom leg of the K valve. You can still use a high speed on it but it will not flow to the port nozzles. Then you change the outlet fitting in the upper leg to a -10 fitting and run a piece of -10 hose 4" long to the flow sensor. You come out of the flow sensor with another 4" of straight hose to a Y fitting that has a -10 in to two -8's out. One -8 goes to the hat block and the other -8 goes to the port block. Now all the fuel to the motor goes through the flow sensor. You need the 4" of straight -10 hose before and after the flow sensor to smooth out any turbulence in the fuel so you get an accurate reading.

If you Jetsize software then it actually uses the fuel pressure before the barrel valve and computes an average loss through the valve so you need the pressure sensor before the BV. You may have to use "smoothing" or "averaging" in the data logger replay to smooth out the pump vane pressure spikes.
