Right off the top of my head I would say NO. Remember that pump is sucking a whole bunch of fuel to be able to pressurize it to 150 psi.

1.25 min ID is what you need. You can run the returns back to the tank with it behind the seat. When it's in the nose you have to return it to the fuel line in front of the pump as far away from the pump as possible to let the fuel "settle" down before going into the pump.

Hope the tank is large enough. If not, it won't matter what size line. KA-BOOM

Damn that will be close, my car runs through appox. 5 gal per pass..... if I don't have to re-start and re-do a burnout after someone else's oildown. Needs to be at least 8 gal to ensure you have enough fuel at the end of the run. Plus and it's a big plus the tank has to force the fuel to the outlet during the run, if it's like the tank in my old four like car (tall and flat at the rear) the fuel could climb up and away from the outlet..not good. Also make sure your vent is at least a one inch. Hope this helps.
