I purchased a FC roller that has been setting for a long time on a new set of Hossier front tires. It has now been on jack stands in my shop for six weeks but the tires still have significant flat spots from all the setting. Any suggestions on getting the flat spots out or should I just junk the tires.

I'd bin them personally, too much at stake to take a chance on something as inexpensive as front tyres

    tyre life

I talked to a buddy of mine, who is in the tyre business, about the life of tyres, he advises: they are good for approx 7 years as the oils starts coming out of them.
Your tyres sitting, as jim advises sounds like a good plan.

I'd leave them on the car while it's being put together to be able to roll it around if need be, then put some new ones on when it's ready to hit the track. My .02
