first passes in the new car

after a year of building this thing,we tested at norwalk yesterday.first pass,4.17 at 173 in the eighth. 2nd pass,4.0 at 183 . had a best 60 ft at .997 . the combination is a stawicki built/prepared 526 hemi with a 16/71 ,abruzzi glide & converter,mike boss 275 inch hardtail/sliptube.the air was pretty bad,thick & humid.this thing definately has more in it. a huge thanks to all of the people that have a hand in this thing,marco abruzzi,mike stawicki,kevin at k&r,joe at hyperaktive,joe west & j&j diapers,rbs superchargers,good vibrations & scott koffell who figured out our pushrod problem in about 30 seconds,and all of the people that have answered my sometimes stupid questions.see you at the races.

we will be at thompson for asphalt wars on the 28th.one track we have never been to.
