fire bottles

    Is ther any other fire bottles out there besides the firefox system that will pass the 17.1 sfi new spec
    or do we all have to buy new ones
    i perfer the halon over the plant goo and water

    The Phoenix Fire Suppression System is 17.1 Approved and is 1301 Halon. I purchased the company last december out of aggravation that water based or vegetable oil based FOAM was all that seemed to be available. I live in cold country and I didnt want the stuff that freezes. The 1301 Halon met the 17.1 spec with flying colors. Fire out in 1.2 seconds and no mess!!!
