    AS A CAREER FIRE FIGHTER I WOULD LIKE TO PASS ON SOME ADVICE--I replaced the fire bottles on my fc as per the new rules- I have noticed others who have done the same thing offering their old fire bottles for sale. Having just been involved with a good friend (KEN GILMOUR_ DIV 6) who suffered a devastating loss of his whole operation due to a trailer fire- IT WOULD BE A GREAT IDEA TO PLUMB YOUR OLD BOTTLES INTO A FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM IN YOUR TRAILER. It may save you a lot more than you would get for your bottles-

    I would have never thought of that...I like it! I think I know what I'll be doing with the old bottles I have kicking around...

    Very sorry to hear about Ken, Darlene, yours and the rest of the crew's fire this past weekend. Sure is quite a blow.
