fire bottle

I am installing a new pheonix funny car fire bottle system on a chassis. I need to know if the fire bottle lines go in the top tubes or the lower tubes. My brake line is already run in the lower tube. I am mounting each fire bottle with two billet clamps. Will this be sufficient, or do I need to support the neck of the fire bottle?

 

Some guys use one billet clamp per bottle and the neck mounts and others use two billet clamps and no neck mounts. I run the firebottle cables in the bottom fram rails as the top rails are for the blowby to the puke tank.
