Event #24: Will alcohol classes be in Charlotte?

    Assuming NHRA schedules the 24 event for Charlotte (and/or Gainesville if it's not done in time for that first year), what are your thoughts about if the alcohol classes will race there?

    Since the southeast is heavy Pro Mod country, and especially since it's only 1 week and a couple hours from Rockingham (ie- Dragstock; isn't that usually the week after Indy?), I'm positive the Pro Mods will be there.

    Unclear about if they will give the alcohol classes a shot at racing there.

    Anyone heard anything through the grapevine?

    Assuming the buyout goes through NHRA will not have much to say about it one way or the other.
