Earth Shaking Entertainment AA/FD Shatters 30 year old record TWICE at NED! 5.87!

The Night of Thrills event at New England Dragway in Epping New Hampshire was EXACTLY That! With FOUR of our Baddest AA/FD's, along with Monster Trucks, Nitro Harleys, Jets and more, NED provided something for everyone with this amazing event!

Our AA/FD entries were Steve and Ernie McClain with "The Mill Road Boys", The Howard Haight driven NitroDiction, Tom Steed and the "Mr. Boston" and the Randy Bridges driven entry owned by Joe Hendricks!

This was a two run Exhibition race for our AA/FD's.

1st pair to light them up was Howard Haight and "Nitrodiction" -vs- Ernie McClain and "The Mill Road Boys". McClain was on a great pass and ran a stout 6.172 @ 230.96 mph! But the "Mill Road Boys" had their hands full when Howard screamed to a 5.913 @ 254.18 mph! This 5.91 ET would break New England Dragways front motor track record that stood for nearly THIRTY years!!! Earth Shaking Entertainment would have more in store.....

Next up was "Mr. Boston" -vs- Randy Bridges. Both cars had issues with Bridges issues starting before he could break the staging beams. After a fuel line burst on the starting line Bridges had to bow out of the round (He would be back with vengeance). "Mr. Boston" left great but threw the blower belt and ran a 6.84 @ 217.18mph.

2nd round again paired McClain -vs- Haight. Mclain was immediately up in smoke but pedaled it to the delight of the crowd to a 9.818 @ 119.74 mph. Haight who stomped on the track record in the 1st round started to shake then crossed the center line with a wild 6.424 @ 172.56 mph pass!

The last AA/FD pair of the evening would be local favorite Tom Steed and "Mr. Boston" -vs- Joe Hendricks entry driven by Randy Bridges. This was a reversal of round one and this time to the fans dismay had "Mr. Boston", Tom Steed pulling out after mechanical issues on the starting line. That left Randy Bridges to make up for his first round appearance. With a strike of the throttle Bridges Thundered down the 1/4 at New England Dragway and Blistered that newly broken track record of Howard Haight's 5.91 with a Monstrous......

5.876 @ 250.60 mph!!!!! NEW TRACK RECORD for an AA/FD!!!!!

After this event, the fans at New England Dragway were left more then satisfied and with a show like this, Earth Shaking Entertainment hopes to be back at New England Dragway in 2011 to take a shot at the track record again!
