okay not sure how to ask this so ill tell you what i want and you can tell me were to get it.
I want to put a new drive shaft in the altered this winter. Right now i use a drive shaft with u joints, I dont like it is just not safe in my eyes ( just my opinion) who makes the parts i need to which over from u joints to the solid shafts and couplers and what not like the tafc guys are using?

You can only use couplers if the rear-end is solid mount, and if it is, you will need a transmission to driveshaft coupler, male and female, and, rear-end couplers, also male and female.

You will also need lock collars to keep the couplers from coming out.

On my set-up, I am using a PowerGlide so I have a male coming out of the trans that engages with a female coupler that connects to the driveshaft.

My rear-end is Ford 9" so I have a female coupler coming out of the rear-end that engages a male coupler that connects to the driveshaft.

Almost forgot, Mark Williams has a pretty good selection of driveshafts and all the necessary couplers and lock collars.

    Good luck,

    Driveshaft

The other point here is that the crankshaft centerline has to be inline with the pinion centerline. With a splined driveshaft set up like the TAD and TAFCs use everything needs to be pretty well lined up. Dave Germain

    Sounds good,

We run a williams chassis, and a 9" so it sounds like its the same set up, Ill have to check and make sure it lines up then.

    Thanks all
