Dragster engine centerline and ride height Question

Looking at a Hadman car and it has adjustable rear end plates that looks like the ride ride height can be changed. Are there different front/mid plates to change the engine height as well? How many saddle spacers are acceptable to use?

What is a good starting point for crankshaft centerline from the ground? Looking like the mid plate will be in the 43"-45" out from the rear axle centerline. Looking at going Screw blown Hemi with a Lenco Drive. Car is 272". Thanks in advance.
