Divisionals and Alky cars

    Just FYI to alky racers out there, don't believe everything you hear when the Divisional tracks themselves get blamed for 'not wanting' the alcohol cars.

    Sadly, tracks are now being encouraged to drop the alky cars from their events from the top.

    We really need to get a system in place that works. Whether it's a revamped divisional system or regionals or ??.

    We go run these races for BS pay, most don't draw crowds, some aren't safe to run on, but we have to run them for points.

    Will isn't that a good thing? How many Alky guys like running Div. races?

    Will your saying that Glendora is telling tracks to drop TAD & TAFC?

    i'm here...

    i know of at least one division offering tracks the chance to drop alky cars to save on purse money....and just have a minimum of 5 alcohol events...then you hear 'oh well the tracks dont want you'.....

    i also know one car that probably wont run that division next year as a result....

    In Div. 2 we only had 5 division races this year.:(

    How does NHRA expect these guys to accrew grade pts if they can't compete?

    all events

    div. 4 is no longer entertaining the thought of dropping events and will now have the alcohol cars at all seven races next year.

    we still need to fix this system.....
