Dave Hedges National City Thunder Nationals Preview

Hedges Back in Action at Knoll Gas Motorsports Park

Dave Hedges and the Knoll Gas – Torco Racing Fuels Top Alcohol Dragster Team will be back in action at the National City Thunder Nationals in Martin, Michigan this weekend. The Team is coming off a great performance in Valdosta, Georgia last month where they qualified #1 before the event was eventually postponed due to wind.

“This event is so much fun for our Team. It gives us an opportunity to test the car and put on a great show for all the people who run the day-to-day operations at Knoll Gas – Torco Racing Fuels. We get to show off Evan’s car and hang out with the employees and their families all weekend. I don’t know if it can get any better than that,” said Hedges.

The Team will make the 45 minute trip from their shop in Decatur, Michigan. Last year at this event the Team made it all the way to the finals before the rain set in for the eveing and they were unable to complete eliminations. They are hoping for more of the same success this weekend.

The event will be held on Saturday where qualifying will be at 4 PM with Eliminations taking place under the lights at 7 and 10 PM.

The Team would like to thank their major sponsors Knoll Gas - TORCO Racing Fuels and Seelye – Wright Auto Group and their associate sponsors Autometer, Fatheadz Sunglasses, Hoosier Tires, Lucas Oil, NGK Sparkplugs and Powershield Coatings for their continued support this year.

The Team is owned by Knoll Gas - TORCO Racing Fuels. By logging onto www.torcoracefuels.com you can access their full line of innovative products including racing gasoline, additives, and Skull Gear.
