D-1 Schedule

What's up with the TBA in August.
The latest ND divisional schedule shows the weekend of August 12-14 as "TBA".
Anyone have any info on the location?

i talked to div.1 yesterday and they said something should be final in a few weeks. wouldn't say what happened to numidia except currently they are not even an nhra track. honestly i like that place. what a shame.

I asked the same question on another board and below is the answer I got from Mike Sawyer. Jay Blake called the D1 office and got pretty much the same response as Bruce, but Jay said they were very cryptic with their answers.

I talked with Phil (Numidia owner) and it basically came down to a matter of some paper work getting in late, but everything should be all set now.

Phil and Monroe are planning a Street Night Drivers Meeting Friday, April 29th @ 6pm, rain or shine, and are having a Summit Series Drivers Meeting Sunday, May 1st, at 12 Noon, rain or shine.

They are also having Volunteer Days to get the track ready on Saturday, April 30th and Sunday, May 1st.

He is confident that they will open on Friday, May 6th, weather permitting of course.

the div.1 web site shows the new change. back at maple grove aug 5,6,7. i didn't expect that.

 

On Numidias site its on their schedule here

On NHRA site here it's still TBA

Yet at NED site here it's back at the Grove.

there was an announcement on the nhra web site that did say the new date and venue are first weekend of august in maple grove ... so, unless something changes ....
