    timing vs stagger

On Top Alcohol clutch cars it is more common to see teams put a short rod or a decked piston in troubled holes. There are a lot of teams that don't even run a six shooter, much less a Power Grid or 8973.

In the converter Pro Mod world, and even the clutch side for that matter, nearly everyone has a digital box that can do ICT.

Which is better? Personally I prefer something mechanical...less prone to screw up. I personally like to have the option of bypassing the box and running straight off the mag if I need to if something is screwed up on the line.

Most of the converter Pro Mods wouldn't go 2 inches without timing retarded, so your're kind of screwed if the box doesn't work anyway.

Just keep in mind, when you take the load off one cylinder, it's going to load another...
