    Custom Cut Flanges

Cen-Tex Sheet Metal in Elm Mott, TX can lazer cut or water cut just about anything. They have done several cutting jobs for me. Good people, fair prices. 254-829-2202

Be prepeared to mill the flanges after you have welded up your headers. I have had to do that to all the headers i have made.

Clamp the flange down to a solid piece (like a piece of I-beam that you milled smooth on the top or a piece of thick aluminum) and you will not have to mill the flanges. They will stay square and not warp up if you clamp it down.

yeh i tried that but the stainless stuff still wraps, but if you make them out of steel you are correct. I tried both.
