Curved Valve Springs?

Hi All

While doing some routine maintenance I noticed that my valve springs are curved when not fitted to the head.

It's not a lot, maybe 0.040" out of shape.

They look like junk on the bench but seem to straighten up when re-fitted.

Never seen it before. Only done about 4-5 runs

Are they ready to break?

Or is this normal?
