Time to do the winter freshen.our existing crank has previously been repaired.am going to replace with a new unit & keep this one as a spare.motor is a 526 veney big valve with a kb block. Any suggestions as to what manufacturer we should look at ? Thanx for your time.

winberg or bryant are there premium choices,
i just had a repaired crank fail, what left isnt worth talking about, the block wont even repair...from now on repaired cranks are for sale only even the spare will get new... sounds like being ott??? maybe but even a spare motor is worth way more than the cost of a new crank

    Winberg is a sponsor here,
I can tell you when Bryant gives you a date they will make the day they say or sooner,
if it is not on the shelf!

    Cranks

I've used Bryant and Crower with no issues. What stroke size are you running? I've had rod issues with 4.5" stroke. Went to 4.15" and seems to be OK.
