    Congratulations to Bob Perkins and crew on their win at the Denver div 5 race! Bob struggled in qualifying, but figured out the tune up and dialed it in for the win on sunday. A well deserved victory to a great team!

    Hey Bob

    Great job last weekend.

    I guess the volunteer crew worked out pretty well huh?

    I worked my kid so hard he lost 10lbs and we came up short on the scales. Maybe I need to get a couple more voluteer guys. lol

    Before we got into this form of racing my family and I watched you, your wife, and your son show up at a race, your family always ran very competetive and seemed to have fun doing it. We thought maybe, with hard work, we could do the same someday. Thanks for the inspiration and encouraging words.

    P.S. You probably noticed in Sonoma we went from the Penthouse to the Outhouse, but will go back and try again in a month.

    Thanks lawren and shawn,i posted awhile back but it must of or better yet i must of pushed the wrong thingy,i think the pounds lost were just some old baggage you kids did not need any more.keep having that father and son fun,there is no amount we can put on the big boy pinewood derby we get to experince .THANK you .bob
