Congrats to Derek Flynn and the whole Gold RV team for winning the FIA European Finals! Not a bad weekend.................setting low ET, top speed, setting a new European speed record and winning the race! Awesome. Also, congrats to Jim Rizzoli for doing a tremendous job of tuning by phone!

Team Gold RV........still the first and only A-fueler to win in European history. Nice job guys and gals!

No, Dean. I believe you are mistaken. Derek Flynn and his team won last year in Finland and the just completed European Finals in England. No other A-fueler has won an FIA event to our knowledge.

The Go Gold Crew were and are great and Jim Rizzoli you are the man.... I dedicated this victory in the memory of Mark Niver, I am proud to say Mark was a good friend and we chatted often and he always kept an eye on what we were doing and I am sure he still does... Miss you Mark....

Also you are quite right Larry we are still the only A Fuel car to win an FIA event.. oh sorry events...
