Congrats to Chris, Jerry, Mike, Ron and Crew. Great job of driving. The crew did awesome all weekend especially on Sunday. Nice run in the Final 5.28 only 20 all weekend saved it for the Final Geno and the guys

Thanks guys, your congrats are very much appreciated I want to congratulate Larry Miersch on making it to his (according to DRC) 1st National Event final round. Mark Niver taught me to never take any opponent lightly(*), and I knew that Larry had the ability to step up big at any moment! I also knew the Peen Rite / 801 Racing dragster had a 5.20 in her, it just took us 7 passes to find it!!!!

(*) I think it was Topeka 2008 when I found myself paired up with Mark in the Final Round. The Peen Rite dragster was consistently running a tenth quicker than the Billet Bullet in eliminations. I got complacent on the tune up and the tree, and the old man hole shot me for the win!!!!

 

A tip of the hat to the Peen Rite gang. Stout numbers and some good driving this weekend.

Congrats to all of you, and your crew what a job as always but to get the car to back up for you after the burn out and then into forward. You got to love them guys (crew) never say never.
