Are there any publications showing the differences between a given block size, the bore and stroke, and the potential hp, being normally aspirated, using a standard blower, hh blower and a screw blower? Then... whether or not one uses nitro or alcohol.

So many variables would have to be made a "constant" to compare one item such as "supercharger". An optimal setup for NA v. BA v. BN varies so much that having a usable comparative analysis would be impossible. A screw blower will always make more power than a roots blower; and USUALLY there's no replacement for displacement....of course we all know alky is less powerful than nitro.
