Blown Alcohol Small Block – DART/Buick 388” Engine with spare short block, spare parts, and specialty tools.

This program is the last remaining NHRA run Top Alcohol Dragster Small block combinations from the 1990’s. Built and campaigned by Dale Hall from 1990 to 1996, going as quick as 5.82 @ 232 mph in its last full run. It sat unused for 17 years until it was updated and run in NHRA Top Dragster for 4 years. During that time, it was #1 qualifier at NHRA Division One events 7 times, and #1 at the 2017 NHRA New England Nationals going 6.09 @ 222 mph.

When you get this engine operation, and put the main engine in your chassis, there IS NOT a bunch of stuff left to build, purchase, or re-engineer. Put your Blower, Pullies, a 1600mm belt, Fuel System, Starter on, add 12 quarts of oil, and turn it over using a MSD Power Grid Ignition, and it will start!
Its lashed, leaked, broken in, and even has a new set of spark plugs attached to the brand new set of Moroso Wires attached to the phased in MSD distributor.

This is race proven set up with 95% of all the work already done. I have 28 years of information that goes with this engine. Your fuel system will not have to be a mystery, run counts on parts is known, and it can turn 10,000 rpm as easliy as it can turn 8000 rpm at the finish line.
