Does the box have voltage? You can see if it’s powered up by the screen. Is it a newer box or an older box? Does it have safety box tethers on the burst panel? The newer boxes are blue backlit if they are ready to run and red backlit if the burst panel tethers are compromised. The SD card is just for to download the tuneup from the software to the car or vice versa. Hope that helps some.

You can do it two different ways. Open the software with the SD card plugged into the computer and click save as from the drop down menu at the top of the software. Tell it to go to whatever drive the SD card is assigned and save it. If you already have the file saved on the computer in the electrimotion folder and you know how to access said folder you can also open another window which would be the SD card. You can click and drag it from the electrimotion folder onto the SD card. Make sure that your timing curve makes sense and all your timers make sense. Also make sure your rev limiter is where you want it, you don’t have any idle retard (unless you want some) and that it’s not going to do anything you don’t want to like pull 10* on the gear change.

You loose a couple degrees by hooking up the box vs. what it is on straight trigger. Not a big deal, just make sure your where you want to be and your rotor phasing is where you want it. Like I said above make sure you don’t have any idle retard in it when your setting everything up initially.
