clamps

    Are magneto clamps and fuel pump clamps the same thing, in other words would they exchange with each other?

    Not as far as I can tell ?

    The fuel pump clamps are like V band clamps and the mag clamps are a wide flat area ?

    Can the fuel pump adjustable collars, which are normally bolted onto the pump extensions, be used with fuel pump clamps?

    Has anyone ever tried machining off the pump flange so a adjustable collar can be used?

    Other then not having anodizing on the aluminum, I don't see why it wouldn't work.
